Worst virus I have had

Legend:
Grey - Old information/probably fixed.
Green - Newest information, what I am doing currently.

Hello, you guys are my last hope.

Notice I havent posted any logs or added the necessary attachments.

a)DDS.com would not download.
b)Gmer.com I could download and extract, but the virus has blocked it from running.

Update: Tried a script that disables/enables regedit. For the time being it seemed to have worked.
Run>Regedit worked.
DDS.com ran, ill update with the logs in a bit.
Gmer.com ran, ill update with the logs in a bit.

As you might help me get stuff working I will update the thread with needed information.

How it started/ first thing noticed:
1) Noticed AVG Free would not update anymore

Symptoms as of now:
1) AVG wont update
2) AVG after running for some time (~10min) reports a error about a crash. (also other virus programs like Kaspersky, Search & Destroy and a few others I tried do the same)
3) Regedit wont run ( displays a black screen for a second and goes back)
4) Firefox constantly crashes (2 times writing this topic)
5) After some time running I lose the ability to visit webpages, either "connection reset" or just the regular "page cannot display".
6) Safemode wont work.
7) Like I pointed out before, Gmer.com wont run. Same symptoms as running Regedit, flashes black screen and goes back to desktop.

Thanks for any kind of help, worst virus I have had and I thought I was playing it safe as I am very careful downloading anything and always having AVG running with regular scans.
