DHCP Client and Host Process for Windows Malware

Hi

I am having severe problems connecting to the net. When it does connect the DHCP Client and the Host Process for Windows crashes one after another. Then audio becomes disabled automatically and the Windows Security center is also turned off by itself. Because of those connection problems I cannot update my Antivirus programs. I tried system restore but it asks me to Check Disk because there are file system corruptions in C:/. But when I click start on Check disk it just closes. I've also got the google redirect malware as well. I've scanned the system with Avira and Ad-aware and nothing was found. Trendmicro Housecall found Mal_Otorun1 but housecall keeps on crashing due to the connection problems as well. I can't install Spybot because it requires to connect to internet before installation. In safe mode the same problems persist. I have tried everything and I would appreciate it if someone could get rid of this debilitating problem.

Not all issues are solvable through malware removal. Sometimes an OS becomes corrupted and a repair install or reinstall is the best solution for the health of the machine.
