Popups from removing MS antispyware, help

I had MS Antispyware 2009 on my computer and googled on how to get rid of it. I didn't know this forum was available at that time.

I don't get the popup that shows a scanner showing threats on my computer. THe drives didn't match.

I get rid of that but now I get 2 different things popping up.

1) I get a dialog box about every 5 minutes that says ALERT (also exclamation sound is played) and the line "You have a security problem! Do you want to scan your computer for viruses?" There is also a red circle to the left of the line with a white "X" inside of it.

2) I get an Internet Explorer window pop up with no tool bars but with the following line in the message bar on top.

hxxp://anykuy.com/?uid=50f53da2edfad087b5bbef200e8267e200f25e0f&os=513&par=c1 – Internet Explor – Windows Internet Explorer

The body of the IE window has a blue dot with an "I" in the middle with text saying:

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.

I am including a hijack this log below:
