'Reader_s.exe' virus! ....Unlimited headache!! plz help

HALF A DOZEN FORMATTED INSTALLTIONS OF OS OVER..STILL THIS VIRUS COMES OUT OF NOWHERE. NO TRAILS OF SUSPICIOUS FILES IN THE REST OF THE PARTITIONS...PLZ HELP

All the trouble started when i downloaded a batch file from the net and took the risk to execute it turning off my avast antivirus engine. The virus took hold and realising that i reengaged the antivirus and did a memory and system scan.A couple of false positives followed detecting even the msconfig file as a virus. I formatted a reinstalled a new copy of my winxpsp2 OS but whenever i connect to the net, this virus starts out of nowhere. I tried booting from a linux live cd and deleted all suspicious files from all the partitions but still in reengages... the symptoms and processes are

1) a process reader_s.exe starts running after logging in and a copy of the file reader_s.exe is found in 'c:\documents and settings\user\' and 'c:\windows\system32\'

2) Processes named A.tmp, 2.tmp, 3.tmp, 6.tmp, 8.tmp, 9.tmp, VRT4.tmp etc run in random from the 'system32' folder and the 'temp' folder.

3) a suspicious process 'services.exe' runs in the background and spyware doctor identified and deleted it only to be restarted in the next boot.

4) My AV engine avast! free started identifying a many system files like msconfig, userinit.exe etc as viruses and is unable to repair it.

Sophos has given a description about this as a trojan by name w32/troj: UIT
or something of that kind but i have a couple of more symtoms than that.

The Hijack this log is attached within...KINDLY HELP ME FROM THIS NASTY VIRUS.

Hello and Welcome to TSF.

We no longer use HijackThis as our initial analysis tool.

We want all our members to perform the steps outlined in the link I'll give you below, before posting for assistance. There's a sticky at the top of this forum, and a
