computer has slowed to a crawl.

I don't see anything in those logs to suggest malware is the cause of your issues. I do see multiple registry cleaners/performance "optimizers".

We do not recommend the use of registry cleaners. Our colleague miekiemoes has an excellent writeup here

Another excellent article by Bill Castner is located here.

A slow machine is not always a product of infection. I don't see any sign of active infection

If you can pinpoint the time of the perceived slowdown to addition of a new application, or some sort of update, whether it's an application update or a Windows Update, that might be something to look at. You'll be best served troubleshooting this issue in the Windows XP section of the forums, but don't post any logs there. Your request will simply get forwarded to this section.
