Help Me Please!!
Ok, my computer is incredibly bad off due to viruses and the like, and I can't figure out what to do. It's gotten to the point that the Internet will no longer respond, giving me a Interrupted connection response whenever I open up a page, even when I do have a connection to the internet. To add to it, my computer (laptop) randomly opens files and programs, some that I've never seen before, at random times. I can't open some programs like Spybot, and when I try to hit a system Restore, I click on Next and it sits there as if I had never clicked on it.
WHAT DO I DO?!?!?!?!??? |

Re: Help Me Please!!
Hello and Welcome.
We want all our members to perform the steps outlined in the link I'll give you below, before posting for assistance. If you cannot perform the steps, you may need to reinstall your OS. If that's the case, you may wish to ask for help in the Windows XP section of the forum. There's a sticky at the top of this forum, and a Quote:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Please follow our pre-posting process outlined here: NEW INSTRUCTIONS - Read This Before Posting For Malware Removal Help After running through all the steps, you shall have a proper set of logs. Please post them in a new topic, as this one shall be closed. If you have trouble with one of the steps, simply move on to the next one, and make note of it in your reply. Please note that the Virus/Trojan/Spyware Help forum is extremely busy, and it may take a while to receive a reply.
