Trojan.Brisv.a please help!!norton trying to rip more money out of me

Hi again,
i previously posted about this trojan that is causing all kinds of problems.. Also spent 2 days in and out of safe mode trying to remove it, and 2 days trying to get the support i thought norton 360 offered. Now they're saying i have to pay £70 and if i dont pay and have it remove my ISP could cut me off and my laptop will basically explode or something equally dramatic!
i have posted before included all the stuff asked for in first steps, is there anyone who knows if its at all possible to fix without paying?
i'm so angry at norton!
i know it takes a while for someone to kindly go through my previous post and help with the problem, but would like to know if there's any hope in waiting, or should could PC world tech guys fix it somehow?
