Sudden High Risk Trojans and Adware.

Hello, I just started receiving harmful adware and trojan alerts. Windows Defender detected them and claimed to remove them but the problem persists. I get many popups and error messages such as C:\system32\blahblah is not a valid image.

Windows Defender gives me Trojan: Win32/Vundo.gen!C

I dont know if it is the trojans or Window Defender but every once in a while my start bar blacks out.
