I need to know if this looks OK or if something is bad. I have been told that this is the place to ask this kind of questions so I am looking forward to your wise answers

Hello and Welcome.
That doesn't show any malware, but HijackThis is not enough for an initial analysis these days. We want all our members to perform the steps outlined in the link I'll give you below, before posting for assistance. There's a sticky at the top of this forum, and a Quote:
