I don't see anything wrong with your logs. What seems to be the problem?

When i click to open any program it takes like 30seconds to open it. It use to be really fast. I have hardly any programs installed. Idk why it slowed down.

I recently reformated my hard drive, do yes.

You don't exactly have the fastest machine around. This is an 1500Hz Athlon running Windows XP1 on 255MB memory. It's is generally recommended to have at least 512MB preferably 1GB of ram for XP.

Should i degrade it back to ME would that speed it up?

Well, if it were me, I would choose to increase my RAM. It's relatively cheap these days. You should look around your town's local boards for 2nd hand stock.
