malware redirecting my google searches

Hi! I somehow got some malware that's redirecting all my google searches (both in firefox and IE) to advertising sites. I think the source of it was probably a fake flash update that I was tricked into installing a couple days ago. :(

The search results page looks almost normal, with the titles and descriptions of hits, but the links are all to places like megasearch1.com and bottomdollar.com.
