i used the program thing you told me to try and it crashed my computer i had no problem starting the scan but then it just closed and stoped resonding so i opend it again and then ARRR blue screen then my comp restarts and then i try runing it again guess what BLUE SCREEN help :(

Which program, please? If you're referring to GMER, it would be helpful if you'd state that.

Ok, thanks.

See if it will run in Safe Mode without causing BSOD. It could be a legit driver, or a malware driver, causing a conflict.

If still no joy with GMER, run DDS in normal mode, and post those logs.
