Hi again
Did the combofix thing and received a quick flash of a message that it cannot access the file because it is being used then got message that Combo Fix is uninstalled. Thank you for all you assistance and I will certainly use the recommended programs. Judy |

Hmmmmmmmmmmmm......thought I posted a reply but I don't see it here. I did the combo fix thing.....got a quick flash message about not being able to access file as in use then it popped up with combo.fix successfully deleted.
