Can't seem to remove these annoying Popups, Help please

Hello. I've recently browsed the web and missclicked on some link now I have two annoying popups apearing in firefox. One is from adultfinder and the other from boxout.com, they open extra tabs while i browse sometimes or they just open the firefox if the system is turned on while I'm away. It's really annoying and I tryed a few programms for removeal of such things, but it doesn't seem to work out. Please help me out, thank you.

You can close the thread I've already fixed it my self and my computer works fine now, thanks for the reply anyway. ;D
