Unless I was sitting in front of your computer, how would I know "what is it"?

What dll? Have you read the Help section of your antivirus to help you decide what to block and what to allow?

Re: Popups about viruses and spyware anytime anything is done on the computer.

ok my apologies for making the assumptuion.

Umm whenever a program wants to access the internet the AV asks me if to allow it or not.

SO i guess i just blocked it because i never installed a program called Run DLL as a Program. And in a way it kinda sounds like spyware. not that i know anything about computers....just was a quick thought.

Re: Popups about viruses and spyware anytime anything is done on the computer.

I need to know what the name is exactly. Is it run.dll, run32.dll, rundll32.dll, run32dll.exe, or what? Whether it is uppercase or lowercase doesn't matter.

If it is run.dll, then it is spyware. And would mean your computer is already infected again.

That is a legitimate Microsoft file.
