That's good to hear, and you're quite welcome for the help.
Yes, you should definitely install Service Pack 2. It offers many security updates that Service Pack 1 does not have. Also update to Internet Explorer 7, for the same reason; it's more secure. Zone Alarm is a good firewall, although recently they've decided to include an opt-in Ask Toolbar in their package and free version updates. You can read about it here . If you're comfortable with it, keep it. Here are some other options:
