Re: Pop-Ups
As part of it's uninstall routine, ComboFix would have reset hidden/system files/folders to default, reset System Restore points, as well as deleted C:\Deckard
We can do that manually. Reset hidden/system files and folders
CLEAR & RESET SYSTEM RESTORE'S CACHE Go to Start >> Run - type or copy/paste control sysdm.cpl,,4 & press Enter * Tick on the checkbox - Turn off System Restore on all drives * Click Apply Turn it back 'On' by unticking the same checkbox & click Apply, and then OK --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Locate and delete C:\Deckard. I hope they can help you resolve your Windows Installer issue.

Re: Pop-Ups
Theres a few files in my C drive that I think were created during all this and I was wondering if I could get rid of those as well. They are: QooBox (folder), Boot.bak, CF-RC.txt, cmldr, ComboFix.txt
There also seems to be a new folder called cmdcons but it seems to have alot of files in it |

All of this would also been taken care of by uninstalling ComboFix.
