It's the quarantine folder for ComboFix.

By uploading it (which I see you have not yet?) you'll be helping the tool's author help others like yourself in future updates.

I've done everything you said, and hopefully I've done it right. Can you just tell me what exactly of all the things we did that I can now delete? I know you mentioned a couple along the way, but I didn't want to accidently delete something I'd need again, or delete the wrong thing.

Delete:

ComboFix.exe
C:\Qoobox
C:\Qoobox.zip (not sure you successfully created this, as the upload was something called Quarantine.zip)
Quarantine.zip
DSS.exe
C:\Deckard
C:\Documents and Settings\Kylie\My Documents\SmitfraudFix

And empty (delete contents, but not the folder itself) your Norton Quarantine folder.

C:\Program Files\Norton SystemWorks\Norton
AntiVirus\Quarantine

I think that takes care of everything.

Remember where it all started:

I'll try again with the qoobox thing.... as for the keygen, after all of this - the program I set up now has to be re-activated!
