Please visit this website to perform an online scan - http://www.bitdefender.com/scan8/ie.html
I shall require a log of it's actions.

Due to the size of the scan report I couldn't post the results in a single post, plus it was all jumbled up when I tried to. I've made an image of both the scan report & the virus report. The virus report was a small enough file for me to upload as an attachment, but I don't know of any other ways to upload the scan report image, so I uploaded it to Megaupload.com

C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllcache\spoolsvc.exe SDfix claimed to have deleted it but it appeared in Bitdefender's scan

Type this into Windows Explorer address bar - C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllcache\
Then, tell me if it's in that folder. Do not delete anything

Much better than before. Usually it starts were the internet randomly shuts down (the provider said the problem is definately on my end), then programmes start malfunctioning, I can't open anything, it all starts crashing, then I get messages saying stuff like "Runtime error, something has crashed" etc, but it hasn't happened at all today, which is a great improvement, and which was infact the main problem which forced me to start this topic.

It's actually a nasty bot infection.
With it gone, the machine should regain functionality. I'm still a bit worried. Please humour me by performing another scan using a different online scanner - http://www.kaspersky.com/service?chapter=161739400 Answer Yes, when prompted to install an ActiveX component.

Your system is clean. Kindly follow these simple steps in order to keep your computer clean and secure:
Update all these programs regularly. Make sure you update all the programs I have listed regularly. Without regular updates you WILL NOT be protected when new malicious programs are released. Follow this list and your potential for being infected again will reduce dramatically. Here are some additional utilities that will further enhance your safety.
