According to the log you are all clear there. Do you have any problems?

thank you, i should be ok. Its just my game i play my fps dropped and wanted to check a little deeper then those scans(spybot-ad aware). How can i check to see what runs in back round maybe i have something new there, that might be affecting me?? Again, thank you.

To see what is running hold control+alt+delete and click the processes tab. Anything under your account name is what you are running. Such as explorer.exe or taskmgr.exe. You will notice if you hit cpu you will see what is running the most, if your computer is doing nothing System Idle Process will be 99. If you notice anything different running just post the name of it, so i it can be analyzied but there shouldnt be since your hjt log is clean on the processes part.
