Win.32.Agent.pz
Hi, I recently had a problem with Win.32.Agent.pz, my anti-virus and ad-aware didn't find it but Spybot S&D and SDfix found it and removed it.
I still see obvious fake pages when logging in to paypal or ebay, these pages are very well done they have the correct addresses at the top and they have the padlock at the bottom. I want to know if I have removed the trojan how I'm still seeing these pages, maybe the virus hasn't gone. Below are some pics of the pages. ![]() ![]() ![]() There are other pics I can post from ebay login and my bank login but you can get the message from these, these pages appear after logging in on the paypal.com site not an email link. this is my Hijackthis log. Re: Win.32.Agent.pz
It seems that this malware has some kind of html injection script which can make everything seem kosher on the page -story here:
http://www.theregister.co.uk/2007/05...ing_technique/ I still cannot use IE to login to any of my paypal accts bank accts without this happening although when using Firefox there isn't a problem, so I am still trying to rid myself of it completely, although there is probably only remnants of it left, I would still like some advice -Ed |
