Not being allowed access to internet

The other day when I started my computer a pop up appeared with horrible grammar saying "windows had detected a virus" and then every time I would attempt to get on the internet it said the page could not be found. I was able to get on while in safe mode but before I could get as far as here to find out the problem the "scan" of whatever it is that has gotten on here popped up and I was then denied access while in safe mode as well. My computer has been off for about 3 days and just out of sheer curiosity I turned it on and now I can get online, but would still like to find out if there is something on here so that this doesn't happen again. Also it is running very slow now. Here are the logs as requested. thank you to whom ever can offer any advice.
