spyware/ virus help can't use DDS

My computer constantly open ****** and porno.org windows. anything i attempt to open or download causes an security alert box to open and the computer tells me what ever i was opening or downloading is now infected. I am unable to open dds to start using this websites instructions. the only virus program i can open is the security task manager. Please help!!!!

Please do not run any other tool untill instructed to do so!
Please reply to this thread, do not start another!
Please tell me about any problems that have occurred during the fix.
Please tell me of any other symptoms you may be having as these can help also.
Please try as much as possible not to run anything while executing a fix.

If you follow these instructions, everything should go smoothly.

Please subscribe to this thread to get immediate notification of replies as soon as they are posted. To do this click Thread Tools, then click Subscribe to this Thread. Make sure it is set to Instant Notification, then click Subscribe.

Download/run Rkill:

Please download Rkill from one of the following links and save to your Desktop:

One, Two,Three or Four

Double click on Rkill.
A command window will open then disappear upon completion, this is normal.
Please leave Rkill on the Desktop until otherwise advised.

Note: If your security software warns about Rkill, please ignore and allow the download to continue.

You should now be able to run DDS and the other tools in the getting started topic. Please post those logs here for my review.
