msa.exe, b.exe, can't run tools, help please!!

HI guys I think I have got something really nasty of the internet when I logged on to my computer today I saw alot of popups and my laptop was running slow.

SO i opened windows task manager and saw msa.exe running which i ended I also then went to my c:/documents and settings/user/local settings/temp and saw the following programs b.exe and c.exe along with msa.exe they didnt look right so I deleted all of them and thought that was the end of it.

But this was not the case I am still getting pop ups, google is redirecting to porn sites etc so then i realised i had to do something so I ran AVG in safe mode and try to run Malawarebytes anti malaware. AVG ran a scan and found alot of locked files but didnt find any infections etc. Malawarebytes started up ran for 5 secs and dissapeard when I try to start it again it said it couldnt acess the specified device, path or file <--- this was in safe mode as well.

Also when I try to acess alot of my main folders like c:/documents and settings its saying acess denied.

I am running Windows Vista on SP1 what do I do next please help....
