Virulent Infection! Exe. Files Won't Run, Left Click Down on Mouse, Etc, Etc

I think I have a trojan and/or rootkit (though I guess I'm speculating). The only anti-malware that seems to be working is IO Bit Security 360 and and Super-Anti Spyware (not that they're finding anything), I can run Malwarebytes but it doesn't seem to be able to remove anything (it's only found one thing, some kind of a rogue installer which I don't think is causing the problem).

I tried to disable the Open File Security Warning, but I have lost the capability to do anything on many screens. I also tried to delete the driver on the mouse (I guess after you do that the computer is supposed to automatically re-install a new one).

So I can't run many existing programs on my computer, and I can't download any new exe. files.
thanks for the anticipated help.
