I'm brand new to this site and I appreciate your patience, as I'm not a professional.

I need help in finding out why my computer is so slow.....

I have an HP, Windows XP Media Center edition 2005,
1GB Ram
250GB HD
McAfee Security Suite, Spysweeper Anti-Spyware Program,(wondering if I should just dump the Spysweeper completely?)...

I don't use any chat rooms, I'm not a "Gamer" and subsequently don't have any games(other than the ones the computer came with) installed on my computer, and I don't use Limewire, etc. My Computer has become so slow that I can't take it any longer. I greatly appreciate your time and would further appreciate some guidance as to what is my computer problem, so to speak. I will post the scans as instructed, as best as I possibly can, and again, I would appreciate your patience with that, as well.

PS> My spysweeper is taking forever to load......isn't wanting to close or even go home, without a problem, after quarantining things, and freezes up my computer, very often. These are some of the programs that it caught and quarantined, supposedly......
