Unable to install any Antivirus or firewalls

I have recently been having problems with my computer where it has been hanging up or freezing completely. When I tried to get McAfee it would not download. I was unable to find and run any online scanners either. I can surf the web to most sites, but when it comes to fix my computer sites, I can't get in. I was unable to even access techsupportforum.com from the computer. I ran the DDS and have the logs here, but when I tried to run gmer, the computer did absolutely nothing...the program never ran. I tried doing a system restore also but it would not let me click next after I selected the day...it would just sit there like I never clicked anything.
