I've just done a complete format of my comp and am in the process of reinstalling my programs. One of them Nero 7 Ultra Edition, I didn't have anymore so I downloaded a trial from a freeware site and after I installed it, my computer became noticeably slower, a little jumpy and firefox eats my cpu usage more than it did before, so I uninstalled and did a system restore to before I installed it. Also when I run CCleaner, there is an extention that won't delete no matter how much I delete it in CCleaner. I am wondering whats going on, also my outpost firewall can't scan some of my files now, says it can't "unpack" them. I have a HP pavillion dv4150us notebook, I installed all updates so I'm XP SP3, and I'm hoping that I don't have to waste another day reformatting. Some of my files in hijackthis also say that the files are missing so I'm also kind of confused on that too.
