Malware, Spyware, Slow Pc!!
Hi, I would really appreciate if anybody can help me with this problem I promise to return the favor whenever I can. First I accidently downloaded a virus or malware onto my computer thinking it was a game. Ok so I have used several Anti-Virus software like Malwarebyes', Norton, AVG, I deleted them except Norton because it was recommended by you. Now I called Dell and they were going to charge me $130 for this one little problem that probably takes 2 minutes to fix. He basically did what you guys do, he ran the HIJACKTHIS file and explained that I have some viruses that he could remove but I would have to pay first. Sorry they are not getting a penny from me because I know I can fix this problem, I just need a little help. So he ran the HIJACKTHIS file and did some extra things too. He brought up the COMMAND prompt and looked through my files and found a few viruses, he even checked my temp file and found something, but again I would have to pay for the removal. So I would greatly appreciate if anyone could help me with this. I will post the HIJACKTHIS log but I know he did something extra because I don't see the files he showed me before. Like there some files that started with TDSS, and explained to me that they were viruses, there were also some POPUP files in my system. So can anybody please help me remove these and send me instructions. Thanks.

Re: Malware, Spyware, Slow Pc!!
Hi
HJT in it's own folder ------------------------ Please put your HijackThis in it's own folder, (I create a new folder in C:\ named HJT). You can do a Right Click on any open area on the desktop, New> Folder, then rename the folder HJT. Go to where your HijackThis is and Right Click on HijackThis.exe, select Cut, then open the new folder you just created (HJT) Right Click in the folder and select paste. The reason we do this is Hijackthis creates backup files just in case you'd need to restore one and we'll be cleaning out the temp files. Please visit this webpage for download links, and instructions for running ComboFix tool: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/comb...o-use-combofix Please ensure you read this guide carefully and install the Recovery Console first. The Windows Recovery Console will allow you to boot up into a special recovery (repair) mode. This allows us to more easily help you should your computer have a problem after an attempted removal of malware. It is a simple procedure that will only take a few moments of your time. Once installed, you should see a blue screen prompt that says: The Recovery Console was successfully installed. Please continue as follows:
When the tool is finished, it will produce a report for you. Please include the following reports for further review, and so we may continue cleansing the system: C:\ComboFix.txt New HijackThis log. A word of warning: Neither I nor sUBs are responsible for any damage you may have caused your machine by running ComboFix. This tool is not a toy and not for everyday use.
