HELP! do I have a hijacked browser or what?

Please help, anyone?

Since couple of days ago I can't access a number of websites (mainly google, yahoo and other search engines, but some others as well), others open normally or slowly or sometimes work and sometimes don't.
I have Spybot, PC Antivirus tool and SuperAntispyware running and scanned the system with them many times, usually the results are clean, but even when infected, everything was neatly fixed, but nothing would have remedied my initial problem.
I noticed that my browser (Mozilla Firefox) transfers data from various locations, like img.com.com, dw.com.com, some yieldmanager something, etc... when opens an URL, but those usually flicker very quickly and I can't really notice them all.
I ran CWShredder, LSP-Fix and a number of other fixes I stumbbled upon searching for a fix-up, but nothing helped and I'm close to giving up. I have just ran Hijack This and my log is below: if anyone could point out the problem and help me out with fixing it up, I'd be very grateful. I'm sure some items on the list must not be right, but I can't really touch anything before I get any savvy advice. Please kindly help!!

I again ran Spyware Doctor, SpyBot and Super Antispyware, they all cleaned up a number of infections (cookies-based, registry based and others), but the main problems remain unsolved - can't access Gmail, yahoo and a number of other sites (I believe those ones who use dynamic databases or somethning similar - I'm not sure whether this is the right term, but you'll probably understand what I mean) and while I manage to browse other sites, status bar always shows transfer of data to some extra sites (yieldmanager.com, i.i.com.com and similar). Anyone with any suggestion, if nothing else, at least what anti-tool to try?

HAY people, I solved the problem!

so much trying, hours of going mad... it seems none of the anti-tools I tried was good enough! Uninstalled SpyWare Doctor with Antivirus and installed AVG AntiVirus 8.0 (FREE edition!) and >>BAMMM!<< 4 well hidden nasties were blown away and my machine was back under my control!!! Many protective process are now running under AVG and I feel so much relieved! HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE IN THE SAME SITUATION!!!

I again ran Spyware Doctor, SpyBot and Super Antispyware, they all cleaned up a number of infections (cookies-based, registry based and others), but the main problems remain unsolved - can't access Gmail, yahoo and a number of other sites (I believe those ones who use dynamic databases or somethning similar - I'm not sure whether this is the right term, but you'll probably understand what I mean) and while I manage to browse other sites, status bar always shows transfer of data to some extra sites (yieldmanager.com, i.i.com.com and similar). Anyone with any suggestion, if nothing else, at least what anti-tool to try? THANKS IN ADVANCE!

HAY people, I solved the problem! so much trying, hours of going mad... it seems none of the anti-tools I tried was good enough! Uninstalled SpyWare Doctor with Antivirus and installed AVG AntiVirus 8.0 (FREE edition!) and >>BAMMM!<< 4 well hidden nasties were blown away and my machine was back under my control!!! Many protective process are now running under AVG and I feel so much relieved! HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE IN THE SAME SITUATION!!!
