Hello and thank you for your help.

I recently encountered some form of virus that does not allow me to log into websites. For example, I cannot log into yahoo mail, gmail, hotmail etc (I did not try other accounts). When I attempt to log in I am redirected to a website saying "the website is not available". Also, I noticed that when I try to perform updates such as an anit-virus update or microsoft windows update, I get an error saying an internet connection could not be established. So my two problems are that I can't log into sites and I can't update my virus scanners.

I am currently running windows 2000 and I will post my log below. Thank you for your help in advance and please let me know what additional information you require.

If you still require assistance, kindly download RSIT.exe and save it to your desktop.

• Double click on RSIT.exe to run the tool.
• Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
• Once it has finished, two logs will open. Please post the contents of both log.txt (<<will be maximized) and info.txt (<<will be minimized)
