dear all

i regulary use wireless network to acces internet, but sometimes I also need modem. modem worked one month ago normaly but suddendly stop worked

when i open my dial up connection i recive message
error 633, modem used by another application

i google, red lots of posts but none of them helped

it seems that some applicatin i using modem without me being informed so i susspect on malware, dialer or sth

i'm sending hijach log
please help me, I'm desperate, I boght new lap few monyhs ago paid it about 1.8K and I cannot send fax
