Help with removing IPTL.EXE
My computer has been acting up and after running PCPitstop I found out that I have the IPTL.EXE virus. I have run Hijack this and the log appears below. Any help you might give would be greatly appreciated.

Go here http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ and do an online virus scan. Be sure and put a check in the box by "Auto Clean" before you do the scan. If it finds anything that it cannot clean have it delete it or make a note of the exact file name and file location so you can delete it yourself. if you don t have these 2 free programs : ad-aware se spybot search and destroy get them ,update them ,scan ,and fix anything found . REBOOT . Now ,download the new version of hijackthis ,the one you have is old .see link : http://www.softpedia.com/public/cat/...10-17-69.shtml scan with hjt ,and post a new log . |

Ok, I have run the virus check and ran both Sptbot and Adaware. I downloaded the latest version of HJT and here is the log

HI make sure you move hijackthis to permanent folder before use .

I did as instructed but I was denied access to delete the file "n9n5s.exe" The file has not been deleted. There appears to be some sort of priotection on the file. Here is my latest HJT log:
