Hey guys, my computer has taken a turn for the worse, gotten really slow. also i am having issues opening popups in internet explorer. when i open them it freezes, showing a url of a site i had previously been to and IE has to be restarted, which can get quite annoying. I appreciate any help i can get from you guys, thanks in advance.

also, i do not have access to an installer or a reboot disc.
