"Just Answer"

Is "Just Answer" contracted by Tech Support Forum to change passwords?

Just answer has no connection to Tech support forum.
It has been placed at the bottom of the Start page by Google Adds.

When I endeavored to change my Tech Support password "Just Answer" replied to assist in the process. Evidently they are trying to shunt queries to themselves. This has happened the last time I tried to change my password. As yet I haven't been able to access Tech Support to change my password. Any suggestions?

I found the correct path on my control panel. But perhaps something should be done about Just Answer siphoning off inqueries to Tech Support
