spy-agent.bw mem help

Hi, I have windows xp Home Edition version 2000 Service pack 3, and recently McAfee found spy-agent.bw mem and couldn't remove it. It said its in winlogon.exe. I don't know if this will help, but I have an update called security update for SQL server 2000 service pack 4 (KB960082) that won't install and also facebook recently sent me an email saying my account has been acting suspiciously as if infected by a virus. I don't have my windows install discs; they are about 250 miles away at my parents house.
