Since last night, I have been getting error messgaes for what seems like every system file. I get them when I boot up, and whenever I try to open an application.

The Error Looks Like This:
explorer.exe-bad image

C:\Windows\System32\fde32.dll is either not designated to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support

If it helps, before this problem came about, I would periodically get windows coming up that said "Windows Defender Threat Detected" or something like that, it would then list a file of what it said was a trojan, and I clicked remove file, but this still kept periodically coming up. Then last night I got this error message problem, I don't know if the two are related or not, but I thought it might be.

You are using an outdated version of HijackThis. Please uninstall HijackThis 1.99.1 in the Programs and Features section of your Control Panel and delete your current version.
