Cry ALL sevices DISABLED :(

I don't know what happened. But all of a sudden I cannot run ANY services.

regedit
services.msc
compmgmt.msc
EXPLORER.EXE !!!

I'm getting this:

"The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it."

... with EVERY thing I try to run.

I can't turn on my firewall (currently OFF) same error.

I cant system restore, because:
restrui.exe SAME THING

I cannot run my Vista OS dvd because:
D:\ SAME THING !!

I can't boot in safe mode, because I use a USB keyboard.

Downloaded dds.scr... same error

Downloaded and extracted gmer.exe... same error!

Please help me... although I can browse the internet I really fear for my
computer...

I honestly don't mind reformatting... If I could... I don't think I can even do that.
