Please help me get rid of Trojan:Win32/Alureon.gen!U off Windows 7

Thanks to all in advance who may be of help. Your service is greatly appreciated. I have ran Malwarebytes, SUPERantispyware, Panda, and still cannot seem to get rid of this one. Windows Defender Alert is finding this.
