"Security Tool" Problem--can't access fixes
I'm visiting grandchildren, and they've acquired a horrible thing. I am unable to access many files, things disappear, especially anti-"anything" software. And I've got thousands of pop-ups re: "security tool". I'm really kind of a novice, especially on their computer, but I'd really like to get rid of this for them. As it is now, they are totally unable to use it. It has Win NT int epx 7. Thanks to anyone who can try to help me.......
