Fraudpack trojan attack

I think this is my problem...... AVG foung it, but now most programs go to "not a valid app" when trying to open.

Please help, can not even open the dds script to post.

Bump.... I know I am a couple of hours shy of the 72 but need to get this sorted out.
I can not run DDS or GMER to post a report. I can not run Hijack this. IE will not launch, as well as Spybot and Adaware. AVG originally found something but now will open but not scan. I have run Bitdefender online scan and Kaspersky?, both have found things but I still can not open some applicatons as they say 'not a valid app'. Also when I try to download Zip files they save but are empty when trying to extract.
Sorry about the early bump but got to get this fixed before work.
