I can't get CyberDefender off my computer (logs included)
I have tried add and remove, both in regular and safe mode, but there is no sign of the software. I've tried to it in find files and folders, and there is no sign of it, and yes, tried both Smitfraudfix, and Combofix, both in regular and safe mode, AND Malwarebytes, and Avira, both in regular and safe mode.
Sorry, I was instructed to do this by a "walk-in" customer claiming to be a Bleeping computer mod., prior to contacting you I've restored back as far as I can go, 90 days, and tried Windows update, and it WILL NOT GO AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I try to run combo fix after a reboot, it still tells me that it is running and I need to disable it before running combofix. It makes my computer run like it's full of mud, and kicks me out of browsers for any mondane task, like posting a pic on ebay........or managing my attacments here....Boom the program will shut down here, 3 times Now trying FireFox Help, Anglerspro, Bill |

Re: I can't get CyberDefender off my computer (logs included)
I have also been totally unsuccessful at uprading to IE 8 either through Windows updater or the MicroSoft website. Not sure if it was related, but thought it was worthy of noting
