Help, can not connect to internet with browser

Hello, as my topic says i can not get to my internet browser anymore it keeps saying i have no connection yet i can log into all my regular online uses such as updating AAW and playing World of Warcraft, when i tried to scan with a spy ware scanner though i noticed it shut down going through the processes like it was forced intentionally. I checked with hijackthis and i saw a odd process which made me believe it dpmodemx32.dll. I'll post if for you to check

Forgot to mention that i am typing this on my brothers computer which has not been infected, my computer is sitting right next to me also on.
