drop down menus going mad, scrolling quickly across the screen

Hey guys
I think I may have contracted a trojan possibly from a Facebook application, My Web Face. My machine's certainly been playing up since then, anyway ...

It doesn't happen instantly but after a while my tabs start to scroll madly across the screen - all of them .. so if I click the start menu, all the options are scrolling through themselves, or if I try to click on a favourite in Firefox, they all drop down one after the other "File Edit View History Bookmarks Tools Help" very quickly and I can't actually click on ANY of them.

Does this sound familiar to anyone?
I sure hope so because it's a bugger to explain !

I'm running Kaspersky, Spyware Doctor and Adaware and it's still happening ...

Any ideas as to what it is and how to stop it ?

Any help would be gratefully received ... thanks

One more thing ... first time it happened, anything I tried to type came up in reverse, and the cursor would move from right to left .. now it's going the other way, so I can type properly but the cursor still moves to the right now .. similarly if I try to move an open window on the desktop, the whole thing starts shifting from left to right, like it's out of my control ...
