Help me professionals

Need help sir/admin/moderator its been 3 weeks since i use the Combo fix thing without the permission of anybody.. I use it because my pc cannot surf antivirus sites and microsoft sites.. but combofix did not answer my problem.. instead I found something wrong when i am using combofix.. because at the middle part of combo fix.. my pc restarted.. and after it opened.. the combofix continues to work and sucessfully finish.. but the strange thing is that it restarted.. and after that if I open my pc.. before the windows will open it will show a black screen I need to choose 3 categories in their.. I forgot what is the 3 categories as i remember i will choose ostypes in their but it will not let me choose 1 of them because after 1 or 2seconds.. it will already load the windows.. so because of that problem I just use system restore... and it became to normal.. but weeks has passed I recognize that my cpu is running slow.. by playing Warcraft "Dota" I recognize that ive never encountered lag in warcraft.. I think 1gb ram and 256 ram and 256vcard will not cause me lags in Warcraft.. so days have passed and i remember combofix back then.. so i started to realize thats the cause of it but.. as I know system restore will restore you in the previous state..is there some files that cannot be restored??.. I need help please help sir/admins/moderators of techsupport please make my pc running smoothly again.. even thought its only P4

sorry for double post, I have read the rules in posting in malware and virus thread.. it is said that if during the process and found out that my Os is fake or not legal you will stop the cleansing of computer.. because my pc is old 4-5yrs old.. the one who install the os in my cpu is the pc store where we buy my pc.. Im afraid if my os is not legal I would not get any help from the admins here in tech support.. I hope I could still get your help.. if its not legal.. Im begging.. pls help me..

So you ran ComboFix without guidance, thought something was wrong because it installed the Recovery Console, and now you've used System Restore.

It's entirely possible that you put the infections back on your system. Please - in the future, heed the instructions given in the Disclaimer when you ran the tool and do not run it unless instructed to and under guidance.

I'll need information from you. Please follow the instructions in our sticky topic New Instructions - Read This Before Posting for Malware Removal Help and post the requested logs in your next reply.
