Help! Black Screen with nothing but opened "My Document"!

Apparently I have accidently run an .exe file that has spyware/virus in it and now I'm in big trouble. Please help!

What Happened: 1. I ran .exe file
2. Slow and lag my laptop
3. the .exe file is gone (somehow)
4. Reset computer by unplugged the cable (It was so laggy that it was impossible to reset via normal way)
5. After reset, could not access safe mode, stuck at cracksys or something...
6. normal way boot, everything's gone black. no taskbar or desktop. only one window is shown: My Document
7. Found and deleted Window Pro Anti Virus
8. Some programs are accessible (MS word, etc...) some are not (Malwarebytes, Spyware doctor, media-related programs) IE and Firefox are usable. Window Task Manager is openable.

Edit: Cannot access firefox as well. No log because couldn't open any security-related programs.

Note: When I try to open the programs that I cannot open, the command prompt with each program name opened for 5-6 seconds and gone. What is the meaning of this?

Cannot Edit my post, so I have to post a new one.

Apparently the "type explorer.exe in 'new task' in task manager" does not work! When I typed it, a command prompt window with the name "C:\Windows\system32\ntvdm.exe" appear instead of solving my problem. [ I found this way on Youtube and it apparently doesn't work....]
