Cry successful malware removal now gives me BSOD

Hi there,
i've visited this forum often for help with many things but have never posted.

My computer got infected with the precursor to pc antivirus 2010 and after several attempts i managed to remove it partially. After a few reboots and some yelling it was removed 99%
However, now that it is gone I get a BSOD within 3 minutes of starting windows. I don't even need to log in for it to happen.
The BSOD gives the message of IRQL_Not less than or equal to

I have managed to avoid the BSOD once when PC antivirus 2010 came back.
However, it has been removed now and is 100% gone from what I can tell, but the BSOD remains a recurring problem.

Now half the time I cannot even boot into Safe Mode, but when I do, I have 0 problems.

When removing pc antivirus 2010 and it's precursor; a little red x telling me my computer was infected...
I used COMODO Anti-virus, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and SDFix.
I have also run Combofix.

I'm going to assume I need to give more information, and I am happy to provide it. I have run HJT and have a log.
The computer in question is my games machine and it's been this way for 3 days now, and I have come to the end of things I could try.

I have tried suspending running applications using process explorer to see if one of them was causing the problem, but even with the majority of them suspended, including all instances of svchost.exe I still get the BSOD.
