Help please!!! About to kill my pc!! Trojans, malware

OK well firstly hi,

I have been trying to remove the following items that come up in a Spybot search an cannot seem to remove them at all.....i have tried rebooting the pc in safe mode and scanning there, still no glory. Then i try a scan on startup through Spybot, SUPERAnitSpyware and Malwarebytes.
All show these results but keep saying the items cannot be deleted as they are in memory or currently being used.
I have tried going into registry editor and manually deleting them without luck, comes up with an error. I have removed "mywebsearch" through "add/remove programs" and it seems to be gone but keeps showing up in the spyware searches.
I am running Windows XP, it wouldnt be a problem if it wasnt affecting my pc but i have noticed random strange things happening during web browsing and the pc generally is much slower than before these viruses have been detected.

Anyway, here are the items Spybot has detected but cannot seem to remove.....

"MyWebSearch" 2 entries, Tojans
(SBI $0778094F) Interface
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\{2E9937FC-CF2F-4F56-AF54-5A6A-3DD375CC}
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\{741DE825-A6FO-4497-9AA6-8023CF9B0FFF}

"Kuasio.Ka"
(SBI $4DE35253) Type Library
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\{77AA25E8-6083-4949-A831-9CB11861DC10}

These are the Trojans^^^

There are also 1 PUPS, FunWebProducts and 3 PUPSC, MyWay.MyWebSearch.

If anyone can provide me with another way to either manually delete or do it via some sort of program i will be eternally grateful. Ive spent several hours in front of this pc trying to get rid of these problems, without success.
