Can't Run Programs

I hate that I always have problems. But I started getting another popup today and I used the Malwarebytes scanner to clear some problems. But now after restarting, most of my programs won't run. I get a screen asking me what I want to run the program with. I need help again...

i couldn't get DDS to run. but i got GMER to run. i think something infected my system.

i've got some programs to run. i've managed to get MSN messenger open, but it won't open AIM. I got firefox to open obviously as well. But I can't open any antivirus. Please help!
