Virus or trojan help

Hello all. I have a system that has labeled most of my apps as "new" under the start/programs list, and give me the " program name.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close" message with the option to send and error report. It does this when I click the executable, before it even opens any app . This also includes IE and FF, and therefore I cannot even get online with it.

I have ran AVG, malwarebytes, CCleaner, and Combofix to no avail. I have the log file from combofix , but as mentioned before I cannot get online with that system to post it. I could dump it onto a flash drive and post it from my laptop (this PC), but fear spreading crap over to this system. Maybe thats not possible, i do not know.

Any suggestions?
